Meal Delivery & Spoilage
FreshEX™ meals are made fresh daily and are perishable. Membership meals are delivered in thermally insulated bags with adequate ice packages to maintain safe food temperatures.All meals should be refrigerated as quickly as possible avoid spoilage. Meals should be consumed or frozen by the expiration date indicated on the label.
By purchasing this product you agree that FreshEX™ is not liable for meals being lost or stolen following delivery. In the event that a cooler bag or meals are missing, lost or stolen, please contact us and we will attempt to determine if the situation attributable to FreshEX™. If so, we replace or reschedule the delivery.
Allergy & Medical Advisories
If you have a life-threatening allergy, we advise against consuming any of our meals. Our meals are assembled in a kitchen that has trace amounts of gluten and handles eggs, seafood, shellfish, nuts, soy and dairy.
FreshEX™ does not advise or intend for meals to be used to treat, cure or mitigate any type of disease, sickness or weight problem. Our meals should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice.Customers with allergies or existing or medical conditions should consult a medical professional before consuming our meals or participating in our membership programs.
We advise customers to consult a trained medical professional before engaging in any weight loss program which may incorporate our meals or meal membership plans. Actual weight loss results are not guaranteed. Results will vary for each customer based on their individual weight, metabolism, age, activity level and personal commitment.
